Giclee prints are archival quality reproductions of original paintings. Giclee means “to squirt” in French, and it describes the type of high-end inkjet printing technology that produces museum-quality prints.
How are Giclee prints Embellished?
Dominic takes a giclee print that has been printed on stretched canvas and embellishes with an acrylic polymer product that adds depth and brushstrokes to the print. You will swear it’s the original painting after Dominic has finished embellishing the print because each print is uniquely embellished. This adds another layer of originality to the painting that you will not find elsewhere.
